Until 2021, he served as Director for Investments at Poland’s Investment Promotion Agency (PAIH), leading projects at the intersection of geopolitical considerations, public aid negotiations, and administrative frameworks.
Since then, Jan has headed advisory teams guiding investors through complex site selection processes in diverse political and economic environments, including the Baltic states. His track record includes securing economic incentives of up to 50% aid intensity for strategic projects in countries such as Estonia, Latvia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain and beyond.
