We are hopeful that the EU goals of the COVID-19 vaccination schedule are reached and we get to run the event on 14 October in Riga as planned.
However, we are naturally closely following the situation, and are ready to make any adjustments if necessary.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is transferred to the new dates, but you can also get a full refund for your tickets if you wish. In case the event is canceled, you will get a full refund for your purchases. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.

At our event, we have free choice seating that is filled on a first come first serve basis.

Two weeks before the forum we deliver all tickets by email to the address associated with the purchase. This means, if you bought the ticket yourself, you should have received your ticket by email.
Please have your ticket ready to show our Customer Service representatives at the check-in desks. We accept both PDF tickets on your phone (recommended) and printed tickets.

In light of the recent announcement by the WHO and the state of emergency declared in Latvia, tickets to the BREL Forum 2021 will have a no-limit return policy from the day the order has been placed. Cancellations will not be accepted less than 14 days before the event takes place.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at info@brelforum.com .
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation.
Postponement of the BREL Forum 2022
In the event of a BREL Forum 2022 postponement, all registrations will remain valid.
If the registered participant is unable to attend the event at the new time and date, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party at no additional cost. The contact details of the new participant are to be emailed to the BREL Forum team at info@brelforum.com immediately, and at least 14 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
If you want to cancel your registration when the invoice has been paid already and the money is received on the organizer’s account, the invoice amount is returned to the customer at 100%. This could be due to a number of reasons, for example, if a speaker is unable to participate due to a medical emergency or the termination of employment. We host multiple speakers at our events and, although rare, we reserve the right to make changes to our event schedules and lineups. Individual changes are not a valid justification for cancelling your ticket for a refund. For more information, see the “Organizers Rights” section of our Terms and Conditions.

If you have purchased a ticket, we have your contact information and you or assigned contact person should be receiving emails from us. Check your spam filter to see if you have missed our emails. If you have not received anything, please contact us at info@brelforum.com and we will look into it!
Please inform as via e-mail info@brelforum.com if you any special diet. Please do this at least 14 days prior to the event. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your order has been noted by our catering staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact info@brelforum.com .
You need to show your ticket (and your ID) to our Customer Service representatives at the check-in desks. This will let you collect your forum pass.
We will help you! First, make sure you have checked your email for your ticket. You will have received it by email from us, so search for the subject “ATTENTION! Your ticket to the BREL Forum 2022”. If you still can’t find it, ask one of our Customer Service representatives for assistance. If we have the correct attendee information in our database, you’ll be able to collect your forum pass to enter the event with your name and ID.

No, for security reasons, only guests with valid forum passes will be allowed into the event hall. For this reason, we urge you to take good care of your forum pass and keep it with you for the duration of the event.
Yes. All tickets include lunch, coffee breaks and other non-alcoholic beverages. Tickets also include finger food and beverages during the networking event.
