Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website operated by BREL Forum (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all website visitors and anyone who files a registration or is a BREL Forum attendee.
By accessing our website or filing a registration you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you shall not file the registration form for BREL Forum 2023.
Tickets
The organizer of the event (BREL Forum), SIA 3K MANAGEMENT (Reg. Nr.: LV40103179364), sends customers an invoice according to the information given on the order form. By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to purchase the ticket(s) of their choice at the agreed-upon price, as stated in the contract.
Cancellation Policy
BREL Forum tickets have a 30-day return policy from the day the order has been placed. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at info@brelforum.com.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. However, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent to BREL Forum immediately, at least 14 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
If you want to cancel your registration after 30 days when the invoice has been paid already and the money is received in the organizer’s account, the invoice amount is returned to the customer at 80%. 20% is held to cover administrative costs. The payment is made on the basis of a written request from the client via email.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations will not be accepted less than 14 days before the event takes place.
In light of the recent announcement by the WHO and the state of emergency declared in Latvia, tickets to the BREL Forum 2023 will have a no-limit return policy from the day the order has been placed.

Postponement of the BREL Forum 2023
In the event of a BREL Forum 2023 postponement, all registrations will remain valid.
If the registered participant is unable to attend the event at the new time and date, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party at no additional cost. The contact details of the new participant are to be emailed to the BREL Forum team at info@brelforum.com immediately, and at least 14 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
If you want to cancel your registration when the invoice has been paid already and the money is received in the organizer’s account, the invoice amount is returned to the customer at 100%. The payment is made on the basis of a written request from the client via email.
Cancellation of the BREL Forum 2023
If unforeseen circumstances cause the BREL Forum to be cancelled, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible via email and a full refund of the registration fee will be made.
If for any reason, we have to cancel the event, BREL Forum accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests.
Attendee Information
All tickets need to be assigned to a person in order for them to be valid. The person who made the order is responsible for communicating the attendee information to BREL Forum through our attendee dashboard at least 30 days before the event. The person who ordered the tickets is responsible for sharing these terms and conditions and our privacy policy with the attendees.
The name, organization and title of attendees of the event can be shared with event partners and published on the event website. We will NOT distribute any additional information to third parties without your permission. The customer has the right to deny BREL Forum permission to share their information with third parties by emailing info@brelforum.com.
We collect information about our event attendees responsibly, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BREL Forum.
BREL Forum has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BREL Forum shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Organizers Rights
In the unlikely event of an incident that prevents the event from taking place (independent of BREL Forum), BREL Forum reserves the right to make changes to the date and time of the event, and its associated activities, at least one week before the event. In the event of a postponement, all registrations will remain valid. If this happens, BREL Forum will notify the participants of the new details of the event.
BREL Forum also reserves the right to make changes to the event with less than one week’s notice if there is a justified reason, such as unexpected issues with the location, or if a speaker is prevented from participating due to a medical emergency or the termination of employment. There are multiple speakers in events organized by BREL Forum, and therefore individual changes to the list of speakers are possible.
Email, Photo and Video Use
Purchasing or assigning someone a ticket for any BREL Forum event automatically adds the customer’s email address to our newsletter database. By default, the customer will receive event information, monthly company updates, and other relevant information directly to their inbox.
By attending a BREL Forum event, guests consent to be filmed and/or photographed, and for their image and likeness to be used in our future promotional material and can be placed on the event’s website, social networks and media, as well as sent to registered participants without compensation.
