LAURA BLUŠA

Laura Bluša is the Managing Director of the Skanste Development Agency, supporting the sustainable development of Skanste – Riga’s fastest-growing business and residential district. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, she brings together developers and the public sector to facilitate dialogue on urban development and investment. Laura also represents the Latvian Alliance of Real Estate Developers (NĪAA), strengthening cooperation at both the national and municipal levels to improve the investment environment.
