Viktors Savins is a founding member and CEO of EfTEN Capital Latvia and the majority shareholder in NEWCOM group in Latvia. With extensive experience in real estate investment, development, and business leadership, he has been actively involved in shaping the Baltic commercial real estate landscape for more than two decades.
Before joining EfTEN Capital, Viktors was a partner and Chairman of the Board at Arco Development and held leadership positions within Arco Real Estate. He holds a degree in Business administration and focuses on strategic growth, investment management, and building high-performing teams.
