Egija Smila is CEO of Merko Group in Latvia. Since joining Merko Group in 2013 as CFO, Egija has played an active role in shaping the company’s growth and strategic direction. Today, she leads Merko’s operations in Latvia, where the company is simultaneously developing several residential communities and delivering construction projects across diverse industries.
