Kristaps Berzins is CEO and co-founder of SIA Provendi Asset Management AIFP and AS Provendi Real Estate Fund. The fund manages a portfolio of 13 retail, office and residential assets across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, with approximately EUR 215 million of AUM and more than 500 tenants. Under his leadership the fund has grown from EUR 48 million at the end of 2023 to its current scale and is now preparing for a medium-term portfolio target of around EUR 500 million and a future IPO.
Kristaps Berzins brings more than 17 years of business experience, primarily in private capital and real estate. He was previously head and partner at a local private capital investment group LR Capital, managing a private investment portfolio in the manufacturing and services sectors.
