Nordomatic Joins BREL Forum 2026 as a New Partner, Bringing the World’s Largest Independent BMS Network to Riga
From Sweden’s tallest tower to a 1.6-gigawatt data-centre campus in Texas, more than 10,000 buildings worldwide are already run on technology from one company: Nordomatic, the world’s largest independent building management systems (BMS) provider – and the newest partner of the Baltic Real Estate Leaders (BREL) Forum, joining for the first time in 2026.
Founded in Stockholm in 1967, Nordomatic today operates from 37 offices across Europe, the US and India, with 1,500+ specialists behind some of the world’s most demanding buildings: Turning Torso, Sweden’s 194-metre tallest tower in Malmö; the Maersk Tower research building at the University of Copenhagen; the London Fire Brigade’s mission-critical estate; Naturalis, the Dutch national natural history museum in Leiden; and the Helios data-centre campus in Texas, built with ERCOT-approved capacity above 1.6 GW. That is the network Nordomatic is bringing to Riga this October.
Glebs Kiselovs, CEO of Nordomatic Latvia: “We are partnering with the BREL Forum because this is the one room in the Baltics where the people who decide what gets built in the next few years also decide how it will perform for the next thirty years – and building performance is exactly what we do. We’re coming to show live BMS systems from some of the largest shopping malls and offices in the world, and to discuss which of those practices we can bring here.”
A global network, with Baltic roots
Nordomatic’s Baltic operation started nine years ago in Riga as Echoo Group. By the time it joined the Nordomatic group in October 2025, it had delivered more than 200 projects across 530,000 m² of buildings – airports, offices, industrial sites, hospitals and hotels in Baltics and beyond. Nordomatic Baltic now carries that local delivery record into a group that is actively responsible for more than 10,000 buildings globally, giving Baltic clients direct access to engineering experience most of the region has only read about. Buildings running on modern, well-integrated BMS consistently deliver lower operating costs, fewer equipment failures, stronger tenant satisfaction and higher asset value at sale.
What to see at the Nordomatic stand
Step up to Nordomatic’s stand at BREL Forum 2026 to see live demonstrations of BMS platforms running some of the world’s best-known shopping centres and office complexes – the same technology behind landmark buildings across Scandinavia, Western Europe and the US. The comparison is deliberate: putting what’s already standard in the world’s most advanced real estate markets next to what could be next for the Baltics is exactly the conversation Nordomatic wants to have on the ground.
Meet Nordomatic at BREL Forum 2026
The buildings going up in the Baltics today will still be standing in thirty years – the only question is how well they’ll be running by then.
