Capitalica Asset Management, the investment management company and main partner of the BREL Forum for the fifth year in a row, has started the construction of two new buildings (C and D) in Riga’s greenest office complex, Verde. Investments in these phases will exceed EUR 70 million, marking a major milestone in the ongoing development that will transform Verde into Latvia’s greenest business district.
Andrius Barštys, CEO of Capitalica Asset Management: “Capitalica has been active in Latvia for more than five years with the well-recognized A-class office brand Verde, and we are glad to share our current developments and market experience with the participants of the BREL Forum. We look forward to welcoming guests at our lounge area and engaging in meaningful conversations – about the ongoing development of our flagship Riga project, Verde, as well as the investment opportunities offered by Capitalica Asset Management”.
The expansion will add 37,000 m² to the complex, including 22,500 m² of leasable A-class office space and capacity for around 2,500 new jobs – further strengthening Verde’s role as one of Riga’s most modern and sustainable business area.
