DAGNIJA LEJINA

Dagnija Lejiņa is a highly respected strategic communications professional and entrepreneur in Latvia, known for developing the boutique agency Lejiņa & Partneri, which focuses on reputation management and strategic communications. Formerly the Head of PR for Nordea in the Baltics and Poland during challenging times for the banking sector, she has also served as press secretary and advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the London School of Economics (LSE), and is active in promoting women’s leadership through platforms like Oratore and Novatore. Moreover, she has been a Chairwoman of the Latvian Transatlantic Organization (LATO), advocating for Latvia’s role in NATO and in transatlantic cooperation. Since 2024 Dagnija serves as Strategic Communications Advisor to the Minister of Defence of Latvia.
