Gabriele Gegeviciute joined Capitalica’s Investments Team in 2020 and since then successfully closed acquisitions of 6 logistics centers across the Baltics.
Gabriele has extensive experience structuring transactions in the Baltic markets. Since 2015, she has played an instrumental role in over €215 million worth of transactions in all major commercial real estate asset classes while working in different consultancy houses.
In 2022, Gabriele also started to write a monthly real estate newsletter on LinkedIn called “Water & Concrete: What’s behind?”, with ca ~700 subscribers.”
