Grzegorz Sielewicz is the Head of Economic & Market Insights at Colliers, covering the Central and Eastern
Europe (CEE) region. With over 20 years of professional experience, Grzegorz specializes in economic research and
commercial real estate market analysis across CEE countries, focusing on macroeconomics, sectoral analyses, and
market trends.
Grzegorz is the author of numerous publications, reports, and articles addressing economic issues and sectoral
risk assessments in the CEE region. He is a sought-after speaker at global conferences, business events, and
webinars, providing expert commentary on economic and market trends. His insights have been featured in TV,
radio, press, and online media outlets.
Before joining Colliers, Grzegorz served for 11 years as the Head of CEE Economic Research at Coface, a global
leader in trade credit risk management. Prior to that, he was the Chief Specialist in the International Capital
Markets Division of the Public Debt Department at the Polish Ministry of Finance. His career also includes roles at
Deutsche Bank and UniCredit’s Brokerage House.
Grzegorz holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is also an alumnus of the
Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Indiana, USA, and has participated in educational programs
by the Midwest Universities Consortium for International Activities (MUCIA-Global).
