Hadley Barrett has founded, managed and/or sold various companies and projects in different industries including real estate, finance, media and technology.
Some examples include at one time the no.1 rooftop solar company in England, Estonian regional newspapers and media, the 2nd largest bulletin board in the UK, various private real estate investment funds, the first sustainable apartment building in the Baltics and approval of planning for the largest sustainable development on the Black sea coast. He is currently the owner of the Oxford Group, ReMoneta Group and HUM.
Hadley and his team have over 15 years of experience in developing, advising on and training sustainable real estate and energy projects across Europe, for instance, the UK, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Guernsey, Norway, Lithuania. In Riga and Tallinn, Hadley’s team has advised many of the leading certified real estate developments.
Since 2009, the team was the first in the Baltics to be qualified in all Breeam systems, Leed, as Accredited Professionals and to achieve the big three ISO certifications, 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment) and 50001 (energy).
In ReMoneta, Hadley is currently involved in redefining traditional markets, by combining Real Estate, Finance and technology with a market-disruptive platform generating Venture Capital level returns.
