Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy at Boehringer Ingelheim, he leads global initiatives that integrate innovation, agility, and sustainability into workplace environments, aligning with the company’s commitment to employee well-being and inclusion.
Previously, Hassan founded Revolve, a workplace design consultancy delivering impactful projects across the workplace and hospitality sectors. His academic contributions include lecturing at esteemed institutions, where he shares his expertise in interior and sustainable design. He is also a PhD candidate pursuing a Doctorate in Design at the University of Hertfordshire, focusing on developing workplace models that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
