Jurate Gaspariuniene is a business leader with extensive experience in commercial real estate development, transformation projects, and strategic initiatives across the Baltic region. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering complex projects, creating value through change, and bringing together people, ideas, and opportunities to shape successful outcomes.
Jurate has led and contributed to large-scale redevelopment and repositioning projects, including retail parks, shopping centres, multifunctional developments, and office projects across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Her expertise covers stakeholder management, team building and leadership, negotiations, project execution, and unlocking new potential from existing assets.
Currently, Jurate as a Member of the Management Board is in charge of the operations of Stockmann property in Riga. She continues to contribute her strategic perspective and industry experience to the evolution of commercial real estate in the Baltic region.
