Since 2017 Kestutis is CEO of Eastnine – a listed Swedish real estate company focused on modern and sustainable office properties in prime locations in selected cities in the Baltics and Poland. He was a founder of East Capital in 1997 and has more than 20 years of experience from building companies and investing in real estate in the Baltics and Eastern Europe.
