Klāvs Vasks is a real estate investor and developer with a strong track record in the Baltic region. Through his firm MBC Capital, he has led multiple commercial property developments, with the Mūku Sala Business Park in Riga as its flagship investment. The park has grown into one of Riga’s largest multi-tenant office complexes, serving a diverse base of corporate tenants and continuously evolving with new facilities such as a multi-storey parking facility and future residential projects.
He is also an early investor in SHED Living Riga, the first large-scale student housing project in Latvia, introducing international co-living standards to the local market.
