As the leader of The Alliance of Real Estate Developers (Riga), Martins Vanags has worked on the new Law of Residentatial Tenancy, “Fast-track” for large investment projects at Riga City Construction Board, direct government support for shopping centres due to Covid-19 and others. He also lobbied succesfully for an EU-funded large-scale public infrastructure development program in Skanste. Having previously advised several government ministers and international companies, he holds degrees from the University of Latvia and The University of Chicago.
