Rolands is the Associate Director of Investment Department at Colliers Riga. He’s worked and studied in Latvia and abroad, formally educated as a lawyer, but has held management positions and been involved in investment advisory for the last 6 years. He enjoys debating and gathering perspectives from exciting people.
