Viktors is a founding member and a member of the board of EfTEN Capital Latvia. In 12 years EfTEN team has managed to build a 1 bln fund. Viktors obtained a business administration degree. His mentor for management and team leadership as well as for personal effectiveness and human psychology was Peep Vain, one of the leading personal efficiency trainers in Europe.
