Best projects, developers and investors receive BREL Forum Awards

More than 900 real estate experts in public voting and a professional jury have evaluated real estate projects in Latvia: 33 nominants competed in 5 categories.

The awards has been presented to the winners by Riga mayor Martins Stakis at BREL Forum on 14 October 2022 in Riga.

Double pride goes to VERDE, receiving the award as the Project of the Year by Jury and Public voting. Two Public Vote awards go to LIDL as the Developer of the Year and Best Green Initiative. In addition, Mārtiņš Vanags – head of NĪAA – received a BREL Forum Special Recognition Award for the tremendous input into development and support of the real estate industry over the past period of turbulence.
